Baptism The beginning of life in Christ and his Church. Parents and godparents take part in a short preparation session. Eucharist Christ gives himself as food for the journey. Children prepare through Faith Formation; adults through Upon This Rock. Confirmation The strengthening gift of the Holy Spirit.
